LENTA TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Lenta! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lenta platform, including our website, services, and marketplace ("Platform"). By using Lenta, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  1. Introduction

Lenta is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace that connects individuals who want to rent out items ("Lenders") with individuals who want to rent items ("Renters"). By using Lenta, you acknowledge that we act as an intermediary and are not a party to rental agreements between users.

  1. Eligibility

By using Lenta, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.

  1. User Accounts

You must create an account to list or rent items.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Lenta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Listing Items for Rent

Lenders must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability for their items.

Lenders agree that their items are in good working condition and fit for use.

Lenta reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or appear fraudulent.

  1. Renting Items

Renters agree to return items in the same condition they received them.

Renters are responsible for inspecting items upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately.

Lenta does not guarantee item availability and is not liable for issues arising between Lenders and Renters.

  1. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Lenta may charge service fees for transactions, which will be disclosed at checkout.

Lenders receive payments after successful completion of the rental period, minus applicable fees.

Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Lenders and Renters may cancel rentals according to our cancellation policy.

Refunds are subject to review and approval by Lenta.

If a Renter cancels after the rental has started, no refund will be issued.

  1. Damage, Loss, & Liability

Renters are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period.

Lenders are encouraged to request a security deposit if they deem necessary.

Lenta is not liable for damage, loss, or disputes between Lenders and Renters.

  1. Prohibited Items & Activities

Users may not list or rent illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.

Users may not attempt to conduct transactions outside of the Lenta platform.

Any attempt to circumvent Lenta’s transaction system may result in account suspension.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

Lenta collects and processes user data according to our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect user information but cannot guarantee complete security.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Users must attempt to resolve disputes directly.

If disputes cannot be resolved, Lenta may mediate but is not responsible for enforcement.

Lenta reserves the right to make a final decision on disputes related to platform use.

  1. Termination & Account Suspension

Lenta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

Any outstanding transactions or fees must be settled before account closure.

  1. Changes to Terms

Lenta may update these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
