1. No Off-Platform Transactions

All communications and transactions must take place exclusively on Lenta. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to complete rentals outside of the platform. Any attempt to bypass Lenta’s payment system may result in account suspension or termination.

2. No Sharing of Contact Information

Users may not share personal contact details, including: Email addresses Phone numbers Social media handles External websites or payment links Contact details are only exchanged after a confirmed rental booking, as necessary for item pickup and return.

3. Messaging & Communication Guidelines

Conversations between users must remain on Lenta’s chat system. Users must not request or provide contact details within messages before booking confirmation. Lenta may monitor messages for security purposes to prevent fraud and policy violations.

4. Violations & Enforcement

First Violation: A warning will be issued to the user. Second Violation: Temporary account suspension. Third Violation: Permanent account ban. Lenta reserves the right to immediately ban users engaging in fraudulent or repeat off-platform transactions.

5. Why This Policy Exists

Keeping transactions on Lenta ensures secure payments, dispute protection, and platform trust. Off-platform transactions increase the risk of fraud and safety issues. Users benefit from Lenta’s rental protections and support when they follow platform rules.

6. Reporting Violations

If you suspect a user is attempting to take a conversation or transaction off-platform, report them immediately at support@lenta.com.au
